Chiavari, Tiffany or Napoleon: what the names mean

Chiavari is the name of the slim, spindle-back event chair style that originated in the Italian town of Chiavari. In many markets the resin version is sold as the Tiffany chair, and our TIFFANY is that chiavari-style chair. The NAPOLEON is a second classic event profile, made the same way.

How our resin chairs are made

Both TIFFANY and NAPOLEON have a monobloc body: seat, legs and back are moulded as one piece by gas injection with fibreglass reinforcement. With no joints between parts, there is nothing to tighten between events.

Both chairs are washable, which matters after outdoor events on grass or sand, and both stack, so a large wedding set can be stored and moved in stacks rather than one by one.

Transparent chairs: Tolina and Dante

Tolina and Dante are made from polycarbonate. Their transparent body keeps a room looking open, which suits modern wedding and gala styling, and both are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Stacking details for these two models are confirmed in the quote.
