Conference chairs for multi-purpose rooms have to do more than seat people: they must stack, move quickly and still look right at a dinner the same evening. Our models are made from aluminium profile, stack 8 or 12 high and suit hotel meeting rooms, congress centres, universities and municipal halls.

Seminar chairs with a writing tablet: VERA 01 YT
Training sessions and seminars need a writing surface without tables. VERA 01 YT has a demountable writing tablet, so the same chair works with the tablet in a seminar and without it at a dinner. It is made from 25×25×2 mm aluminium, weighs 6.5 kg and stacks 12 high.
Allow wider row spacing when the tablets are in use; tablet seating needs more floor area per person than a plain theatre layout.
Flex-back models for long sessions
At full-day congresses and training courses, back support matters most. CECİLİA 01, ELSA 01 and FLORA 01 have an ergonomic flexible backrest that gives slightly with the sitter’s movement. They weigh 6.1–6.5 kg and stack 8 high.
Choose flex-back chairs above all for classroom and U-shape layouts, where delegates sit facing a table for hours. For short theatre-style sessions of an hour or two, a standard back is enough.
Quick turnarounds in meeting rooms
When a hotel switches a room from theatre style to a gala dinner on the same day, chair weight and stacking height decide how long the changeover takes. VERA 01 (5.8 kg), SARA 01 (5.7 kg) and SİMONA 01 (5.8 kg) stack 12 high; VERA 01 AK is the same frame with an intermediate strap (6.5 kg). Full stacks move on the STA 01 chair trolley.

Tables, fabric and frame colour
For classroom and U-shape layouts, plan chairs and tables together. The MS 02SM seminar table is 45, 70 or 90 cm deep and 140–180 cm long, and the HITECH conference table can be fitted with power and data ports on request.
Corporate venues often match the fabric to their brand colours. Fabrics come in plain and patterned options and frames in seven finishes.

Areas per person are approximate values from common event-planning practice; the 100 m² column is calculated from them. Stages, lecterns, technical desks and escape routes reduce capacity, and the permitted occupancy of the room always comes first.
