How the CM models differ

CM 01 and CM 03 share one specification, an 18 mm melamine-faced MDF top on a stainless-clad base, so the choice between them is about appearance. CM 02 uses the same base with the top edge thickened to 36 mm for a heavier look. CM 04 stands on a cast base.

If you prefer compact laminate, KM 07 has a 12 mm compact laminate top with a thickened edge and a stainless-clad base, in the same three square sizes and both heights.

Cafe table sizes and covers

At about 60 cm per person a square table seats one per side, so all three sizes are four-seat tables. A larger top adds plate and service space rather than seats: 80×80 cm suits coffee and light menus, 100×100 cm full meals.

Two squares pushed together make a rectangle. Two 80×80 cm tables give 80×160 cm, which seats two on each long side and one at each end, six in total.

Seated or high table

76 cm is standard dining height for use with chairs. 110 cm is for high tables with bar stools, typically along windows or in waiting areas. All four CM models and KM 07 are made at both heights.

Table bases and wooden chairs

We also make table bases as a separate product group, including 304-grade stainless, cast aluminium and cast iron bases, for operators who want to pair their own tops. Alongside the tables we produce wooden restaurant chairs with and without arms, so tables and chairs can go on one quote.
