HITECH for permanent meeting rooms

HITECH has a first-grade 18 mm melamine-faced MDF top on a specially designed, powder-coated leg profile, with a fixed modesty panel at the front. Power and data ports can be added as an option, so laptops and presentation equipment plug in at the table.

You choose both the frame colour and the top colour to suit the interior. Sizes are 70 or 90 cm deep and 140, 160 or 180 cm long. Folding legs are not part of its specification, so plan HITECH as fixed furniture.

MS 02SM for seminar and training rooms

MS 02SM is a rectangular classroom-style table with folding legs. Tables stack and go to storage on the MTA 02 trolley, so one room can host a morning training session and an evening dinner. A modesty panel can be fitted on request.

It offers more depths than HITECH: 45 cm for single-row seminar seating, 70 cm for training where delegates need writing and laptop space, and 90 cm for working face to face.

Planning by layout

In classroom layouts, count seats by table length at about 60 cm per person: 2 at 140 cm, 3 at 180 cm. A 90-delegate seminar therefore needs 30 tables of 180 cm.

In a U-shape, delegates sit on the outer edge and the centre stays free for the presenter; modesty panels keep the front tidy. For boardroom-style meetings, tables are pushed together so people face each other, and a 90 cm MS 02SM can be used from both sides.

Registration desks and quotes
