The range covers two room service trolleys (OSA 01, OSA 02), the BSA series of service carts and the Servant 611 and 621 serving trolleys; sizes are in the table.

Room service trolleys: OSA 01 and OSA 02
A room service trolley travels through corridors and doors with its side leaves down and opens into a round serving table in the room. The OSA 01 is made from box section, folds at both sides and in the middle, and has four wheels, two with brakes. It is Ø80 cm and 80 cm high.
The OSA 02 has a frame of powder-coated Ø25 steel tube and an 18 mm melamine-faced MDF top with two folding leaves. It runs on four bolted 75x25 mm swivel castors, two with brakes, and is Ø90 cm and 80 cm high.
Restaurant serving trolleys: BSA01 to BSA05
BSA01 (three shelves) and BSA02 (two shelves) have 18 mm melamine-faced MDF shelves with aluminium edge rails and legs made from aluminium handrail profile; both are 89×50×89 cm. BSA03 and BSA04 offer the same shelf counts on a chrome-plated steel frame, BSA03/B and BSA04/B on a powder-coated frame; all four are 104×50×93 cm.
The BSA05 adds a middle shelf with bottle compartments between two flat shelves on a chrome frame, which suits wine and drinks service. Chrome gives a bright finish, while the powder-coated B versions look more subdued.
Stainless steel and wooden service carts
For a stainless steel service cart, choose the BSA06 (three trays) or BSA06-B (two trays). Handle and legs are 304-grade AISI stainless tube, the trays are pressed stainless steel and there are four rubber bumpers. At 85×55×90 cm, they suit busy kitchen-to-restaurant runs.
The wooden BSA08, BSA010 and BSA010/A have solid beech edges, three natural wood-veneered MDF shelves and a concealed sliding shelf under the top. BSA08 stands on aluminium handrail-profile legs, BSA010 on turned beech legs and BSA010/A on shaped beech legs listed as Lukens legs. BSA08 is 108×51×85 cm and the other two 106×55×85 cm; they suit lobby bars and suite service.
Choosing and ordering
Every BSA model runs on four bolted 100x32 mm swivel castors, two with brakes. Start from where the trolley will work: OSA for room service, stainless BSA06 for heavy kitchen traffic, and melamine or beech BSA models for dining room and bar service.
Specifications for the Servant 611 and 621 are not listed on the product pages; we confirm size and materials in the written quote. Prices depend on model, frame finish and quantity.
